German media outlet, BILD reports Arsenal are showing interest in signing Leroy Sane from the Allianz Arena.
Sane’s current contract with Bayern Munich runs out this summer. Both Bayern Munich and the former Manchester City winger are yet to agree on a contract extension.
This means Leroy Sane would be available this summer transfer window as a free agent if both parties fail to agree on a contract extension before 30th June.
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta is reportedly keen to reunite with the winger. They both worked together at the Etihad when Arteta was an assistant manager to Pep Guardiola.
Arsenal look to strength their wing and attack, with the team currently dealing with injuries. Starman, Bukayo has been unavailable since December after sustaining a hamstring injury. Forwards, Gabriel Jesus and Kai Harvetz have also been out on injuries.
The club currently rely on teenage star, Ethan Nwaneri and on loan Chelsea star, Raheem Sterling to strength their wing and attack as they continue to fight for the Premier League title this season.
