Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has dismissed transfer rumours linking him with a Premier League return this summer.
The English skipper has been in fine form since arriving in Munich last summer, playing a key role in the club’s quest to reclaim the Bundesliga title after their eleven season winning streak came to an end.
Bayern Munich currently sit six points clear of second place Bayer Leverkusen after game week 27. Harry Kane’s 33 goals and 10 assists in 39 games in all competitions have helped the club progress to the Champions League Quarterfinals as well.
Transfer rumours recently have linked the former Tottenham Hotspur striker with a move back to the Premier League following his impressive first year in Germany.
Harry Kane earlier today told ESPN: “A few random stories out there for sure. My full focus is on Bayern. I don’t know where the links come from.”
“I’m happy here at Bayern Munich.” He added
Harry Kane’s current contract with Bayern Munich runs until June 2027. The Englishman is not ready to say goodbye to the Allianz Arena yet.
